Honeybees Pumpkin Picking

Honeybees we have been busy exploring all things Pumpkin! We vsited St Francis's Field to pick our own pumpkins then had great fun washing them.

We loved all the weird and wonderful shapes but the best but was the bus ride home!

In our Maths we have been exploring line patterns, we have created a line pattern using apple prints inspired by the story The Very Helpful Hedgehog. During Rhyme Time we have explored the rhyme Hickory Dickory Dock and in our topic work we have been thinking about how we celebrate Birthdays.

We have even managed to squeeze in a new concept 'small' with concept cat, identifying things that are small and not small.
