Maple put their measuring skills to the test!

Maple Class have been busy putting their measuring skills into practise this week.  We have been measuring volume, capacity and length.  These photographs show the children measuring different objects around the classroom using an object (we used our multi link cubes).  First, they had to estimate how many cubes they thought they would need and then use the cubes to find out if they were right! They were all very surprised by how long the teachers' desk, was compared with their estimates!  Well done, Maple Class! You have worked very hard this week!
